Ingredients

  • ½ cup tamarind (soak, heat and extract pulp)
  • ½ cup Dates (optional – soak and grind. Will help give texture and sweatness)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Jeera (cumin) powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients till the sugar dissolves.
