Serves 8


  • 2 cups roughly chopped coriander
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (otherwise the chutney will turn dark!)
  • Salt to taste


  • Add 1 Tbsp of water and grind to paste. Do not over grind otherwise the colour will turn black.
