Serves 8
Ingredients
- 2 cups roughly chopped coriander
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 3-4 green chillies
- 1 tsp lemon juice (otherwise the chutney will turn dark!)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add 1 Tbsp of water and grind to paste. Do not over grind otherwise the colour will turn black.
