Serves: 6 (together with quesadillas)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream, Mexican crema or Greek yoghurt
  • A few gratings fresh lime zest
  • 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Combine, adjust seasonings to taste, and serve alongside quesadillas.
