Serves: 6


  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • A pinch on Ajwan / Carom seeds
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Water to make dough
  • Oil for frying


  • Mix well the flour, salt, oil and carom seeds.
  • Add enough water to make a form dough.
  • Let it rest for 20 mins.
  • Make small balls.
  • Roll each ball and fry it in hot oil.
