- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch on Ajwan / Carom seeds
- 1 tsp oil
- Water to make dough
- Oil for frying
- Mix well the flour, salt, oil and carom seeds.
- Add enough water to make a form dough.
- Let it rest for 20 mins.
- Make small balls.
- Roll each ball and fry it in hot oil.
