Serves: 8 – 10

Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded white cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 8 bacon strips cooked and broken into pieces
  • 12 green onions sliced (include some of the stalks)

Dressing

  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Toss together salad ingredients and refrigerate.
  • Combine dressing in a jar
  • Mix all together before serving
