Serves: 6 – 8

Ingredients

  • 1 pack mixed greens
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 50 g pecan nuts
  • 4-6 mushrooms
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • Garlic croutons

Dressing

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup light oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and clean the mixed greens. Slice the strawberries, mushrooms and red onions.
  • Cut the blue cheese in tiny bits, as well as the pecan nuts.
  • Toss together all salad ingredients.
  • Mix dressing in a separate container and shake well before serving.
