Can be served with ghee rice, pulao or biriyani etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tub Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 onion chopped finely
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 Tbsp coriander leaves chopped finely

Instructions

  • Cut the flesh of the mango into cubes.
  • Add salt, red chili powder and sugar and mix well.
  • Add the yogurt and mix well.
  • In a small pan heat the oil and add the chopped onion and green chili till the onion is transparent.
  • Add this to the yogurt mix.
  • Finally add the chopped coriander leaves
