Ingredients

  • 4 large salmon fillets with skin
  • 8 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 100 ml of Japanese soya sauce (shoyu)
  • Dash of white pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 C (390 F).
  • Lay salmon fillets with skin side down.
  • Mix pepper, sugar with shoyu well.
  • Coat fillet with mixture.
  • Grill for approximately 20 minutes until slightly charred at the edges.
