- 4 large salmon fillets with skin
- 8 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 100 ml of Japanese soya sauce (shoyu)
- Dash of white pepper
- Preheat oven to 200 C (390 F).
- Lay salmon fillets with skin side down.
- Mix pepper, sugar with shoyu well.
- Coat fillet with mixture.
- Grill for approximately 20 minutes until slightly charred at the edges.
