Serves: 4-6

Ingredients (Pasta)

  • 400 g pasta
  • 2 Tbsp of canola oil (for boiling)
  • 1 kg (tiger) prawns
  • 400 g asparagus
  • 2 Tbsp butter (for frying)
  • 200-300 ml (¾ cup–1¼ cup) grated parmesan cheese

Ingredients (Lobster Sauce)

  • 400 ml crème fraiche
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • 4 Tbsp concentrated lobster stock (In Sweden we use Hummerfond’s “Bong Touch of Taste”, photo of this in the PDF)
  • 2-3 pinches of salt
  • ½ pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Parsley leaves, to garnish
