Serves: 4-6


  • Small handful of red chillies, chopped (can also use green chillies)
  • 4 potatoes, cut small
  • 1 cup peas
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup crumbled cheese (processed and Datshi)
  • Salt, to taste


  • Boil the water and add the potatoes, salt and chillies. Let boil.
  • Add the peas, cheese (can be melted or blended with some water) and let boil until the potatoes are cooked.
  • Serve with hot red rice.
