- Small handful of red chillies, chopped (can also use green chillies)
- 4 potatoes, cut small
- 1 cup peas
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup crumbled cheese (processed and Datshi)
- Salt, to taste
- Boil the water and add the potatoes, salt and chillies. Let boil.
- Add the peas, cheese (can be melted or blended with some water) and let boil until the potatoes are cooked.
- Serve with hot red rice.
