  • 1 tsp of oil
  • 10-12 Daley dried red chilies, slit and deseeded
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2-3 tsp water
  • 1 small cup of hard cottage cheese or ricotta


  • Pour the oil in a pan. Add the chilies, salt, water and cheese.
  • Cook for 3-4 mins. Stir periodically, otherwise the cheese sticks to the pan.
  • Serve warm.
