- 1 tsp of oil
- 10-12 Daley dried red chilies, slit and deseeded
- Salt, to taste
- 2-3 tsp water
- 1 small cup of hard cottage cheese or ricotta
- Pour the oil in a pan. Add the chilies, salt, water and cheese.
- Cook for 3-4 mins. Stir periodically, otherwise the cheese sticks to the pan.
- Serve warm.
