Serves: 5

Ingredients (Mango Pudding)

  • 100 ml (heaped 1/3 cup) milk
  • 100 g mango pudding
  • 30 g mango juice
  • 100 ml (heaped 1/3 cup) whipping cream
  • 30 g (2 heaped Tbsp) sugar
  • 3 g gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp water

Ingredients (Yogurt Sauce)

  • 50 g plain yogurt
  • 20 g (5 tsp) sugar
  • 100 ml (heaped 1/3 cup) whipping cream
  • 1.5 g gelatin
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) water

Instructions (Mango Pudding)

  • Combine the gelatin with the water and warm it up in a microwave on low heat until it dissolves.
  • Heat up the milk and sugar in a small pan.
  • Turn off the heat and add the mango puree, mango juice and whipping cream. Mix well.
  • Pour the above mixture into the five serving cups, and put them in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Instructions (Yogurt Sauce)

  • Mix together the yogurt, sugar and gelatin.
  • Warm it up by microwave a bit.
  • Add the whipping cream to this mixture and mix.
  • Pour on top of the Mango Pudding’s cups (once they have set in the fridge).
  • Return to the fridge until serving.
