- 500gr Nian Gao, Store-bought or Self-made
- 10 tbsp. Coconut, freshly-grated
- Pinch of Salt
- Slice Nian Gao thinly into bite-size pieces.
- Mix coconut with salt.
- Coat Nian Gao with coconut mixture.
- Steam for 10 mins.
