Ingredients

  • 500gr Nian Gao, Store-bought or Self-made
  • 10 tbsp. Coconut, freshly-grated
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • Slice Nian Gao thinly into bite-size pieces.
  • Mix coconut with salt.
  • Coat Nian Gao with coconut mixture.
  • Steam for 10 mins.
