  • 500g self raising flour
  • 5ml Salt
  • 1 tin creamed sweetcorn
  • 2 eggs
  • 60ml milk
  • 25ml cooking oil


  • Preheat oven to 190* C and grease a small breadpan
  • Sift together the flour and salt
  • Add sweetcorn
  • Whisk the eggs, milk and cooking oil together and add to dry ingredients
  • Pour dough into breadpan, level the top and bake for 45 minute or until cooked
  • Slice and serve with butter
