Serves: 4 – 6


  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • Water as needed
  • Ice as needed
  • Sugar to taste (optional)


  • Peel and cut the pineapple in small pieces.
  • Place in blender with mint leaves, water and ice. Blend on high until frothy.
  • Add sugar as needed.
  • Serve over ice.
