Serves: 6 – 8


Ingredients: For coconut jelly

  • Agar powder 1/2 Tbsp.
  • Coconut milk ` 1 cup
  • Coconut water 1 cup
  • White sugar ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients: For pandan jelly

  • Water 2 cups
  • Pandan leaves 10 leaves
  • Agar powder ½ Tbsp.
  • Sugar 1/2 cup


  • Part I, clean pandan leaves and slice into small pieces. Add them into the blender with 2 cups of water. Strain the pandan juice and discard solids. Pour the juice into the sauce pan add agar powder, stir well until the powder melts. Add sugar and wait until it’s dissolved. Let it cool down a bit and pour it to a mold.
  • Part II, add agar powder into coconut water in a sauce pan and stir in low heat until the powder melts. Add sugar, salt, and coconut milk. Don’t let boil. Let it cool down and pour it on the pandan layer.
  • Let it cool down a little bit. Then keep in a fridge for 1 hours. It’s done.
