Serves: 6 – 8
- 1 kg Natural Yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks – cut small
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves – cut finely
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to Taste
- 1/2 cup water
- Dash of lime
- Combine the yogurt, water, black pepper, salt and water. Mix by hand.
- Add in the pineapple chunks and the finely chopped mint leaves.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint on top
