Serves: 6 – 8

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Natural Yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks – cut small
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves – cut finely
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Dash of lime

Instructions

  • Combine the yogurt, water, black pepper, salt and water. Mix by hand.
  • Add in the pineapple chunks and the finely chopped mint leaves.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint on top
