Serves: 6 – 8
- 1 block (Fortune brand) herbal grass jelly
- 2 litre of water
- 3 pandan leaves
- 1 cup of sugar
- Ice cubes
- Boil (B) to make syrup.
- When syrup is cool, grate jelly (A) directly into syrup.
- Herbal grass jelly can be chilled in the fridge before serving or drink with ice cubes added
