Serves: 6 – 8

Ingredients

(A)

  • 1 block (Fortune brand) herbal grass jelly

(B)

  • 2 litre of water
  • 3 pandan leaves
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Boil (B) to make syrup.
  • When syrup is cool, grate jelly (A) directly into syrup.
  • Herbal grass jelly can be chilled in the fridge before serving or drink with ice cubes added
