Ingredients

  • Chicken stock (see instruction Hainanese Chicken Rice)
  • 100 g raddish
  • 100 g carrot
  • Salt to taste
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Boil radish and carrot in chicken stock until soft. Add salt to taste.
