Ingredients:

  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 40 g Sesame white
  • 25 g linseed
  • 25 g pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 20 g vegetable oil
  • 150 boiling water

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven 150 degres with fan
  • Mix flour, seeds, salt, paprika powder and oil together and add 150 g boiling water.
  • Mix it very well with a spoon and stay aside for 10 minutes
  • Spread the dough very thin (2-3 mm) on a baking tray with baking paper
  • Bake it for 45 minutes
  • After baking break it in pieces. If the pieces in the middle of the baking tray are too soft, bake it another 5 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
