Ingredients

  • Sashimi
  • Duke maguro (mix 1 bowl of tuna sashimi, 2Tbsp soy sauce, 1Tbsp sake, 1Tbsp mirin, for 30min)
  • Avocado (cut small pieces)
  • Japanese cucumber (slice into stripes)
  • Tuna mayonnaise (mix 1 tuna can 150g, 2.5 Tbsp mayonnaise, tobiko (optional)
  • Shiso leaves
  • Chives (cut to 5cm length)
  • Okra ( cut into small pieces)
  • Japanese rolled omelet

Instructions

  • Roll some ingredients with Nori, sushi rice, wasabi(optional) and then eat 😉
