Serves: 15 – 20pcs



  • 1 Avocado
  • 300 gms Salmon sashimi,
  • 4 pcs Kiri Cream cheese
  • 2 stalks Spring onion
  • 2 bowl Sushi Rice
  • Lemon juice
  • Wasabi (optional)


  • Prepare all the ingredients
  • Cut the avocado into 2 parts and make thin slices. Add lemon juice to prevent it turning brown
  • Chop the spring onions fine
  • Cut each piece of kiri cream cheese into 4 cubes
  • In a piece of cling wrap, place the ingredients in the following order – spring onions, salmon, avocado, cream cheese, small ball of sushi rice (wet your hands while using the rice)
  • Twist the cling wrap tightly to make a small ball and set aside
  • Remove the cling wrap when you want to eat
  • Serve with Wasabi
