Serves: 6 – 8 persons

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. ground garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes and then leave too cool.
  • Peel the potatoes.
  • Mash the potatoes and add the rest of the ingredients.
