Serves: 4 – 6 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Chopped cucumber
  • 1 head of lettuce finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized white onion sliced
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cut the onion and add salt, sugar, black pepper and cumin.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Add the vinegar and lemon juice then stir.
