Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 10 tomatoes cherry
  • 2 avocados
  • ½ red onion
  • Chopped coriander
  • Lemon, to taste
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the cucumber and avocados in cubes and the onion in sliced
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it.
