Ingredients

  • 5 chopped bananas (1.5 cm thick)
  • 300 gm sugar
  • 1 liter coconut milk
  • 1 cup sago

Method

  • Marinate the bananas with sugar for 10 minutes
  • Bring to boil for 2 minutes
  • Add coconut milk and sago boil for another 3-5 minutes
  • Serve hot or cold
  • Add crushed peanuts on top (optional)
