- 3 cups Basmati rice, washed and drained
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp ghee/oil
- Heat a saucepan or rice cooker and add some ghee/oil. Add the cumin seeds and allow to sizzle for a few minutes. Add the rice and enough water (as per packet instructions) and cook like you would regular rice.
- When cooked, mix well and serve.
