Serves: 6 – 8

Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 slices bread
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • oil for frying
  • salt and pepper (black and chilli) to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak bread in milk, mix all the above ingredients, except bread crumbs and oil.
  2. With wet hands form uniform patties, cover in bread crumbs. Fry on medium high heat in oil undrer tight lid, 2-4 minutes on each side.
