Ingredients

  • 3 Egg yolk
  • 1 Tsp sour cream
  • 3 Tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tsp vodka
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 500 g all-purpose or cake flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except flour, add flour and mix the dough.
  2. Roll the dough into thin layer, cut in ribbons 3 cm wide, then diagonal cut in 10 cm long, make a slice within each piece, make spirals
  3. Deep fry
  4. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar
