Ingredients

  • 10 lady fingers
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 1 star anise

You may add red onion, cucumber, and fresh chili or apart.

Instructions

  • Wash the lady fingers and cut the ends.
  • Boil in not too much water with 1 tsp of salt for 10 min until soft.
  • Mix vinegar, sugar and 1 tsp salt
  • Add the soft boiled lady fingers
  • Use the same liquid recipe to add red onion, cucumber, fresh chili, cloves, bay leaves and star anise.
