Christiane Krink’s German Himbeertraum_LemonJoghurttraum

Ingredients:

Dessert-Dream No 1

  • 16 Schokoküsse (German Market)
  • 500g Quark
  • 400g whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extrakt
  • (optional: 50g meringue, splittet in small cubes)
  • 400g raspberries

Dessert-Dream No 2

  • 300g plain yoghurt (full fat)
  • 300g lemon curd
  • 500g fruit (like raspberries or strawberries)
  • 200g cookies (like oreo or butter cookies)

Instructions:

Dessert-Dream No 1

  • Seperate the waffle bottom of the Schokoküsse.
  • Mix the Schokokuss-cream with the quark in a bowl.
  • Whisk the whipping cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff and fold it in the quark.
  • Layer the quark, optional meringue) and raspberries rotatory in glasses and decorate with raspberries.

Dessert-Dream No 2

  • Mix the yoghurt an lemon curd together.
  • Cut the fruits in small cubes
  • Cut the cookies in small cubes
  • Layer the yoghurt, fruits an cookies rotatory in glasses and decorate it.
  • Different varieties with other fruit, cookies, fruit-yoghurts or pudding.
  • Enjoy!
