Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 10 – 12 long green chillies, de-seeded and cut into 1 cm pieces
  • 1 big onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 black peppercorns
  • 5 cloves
  • ¼ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp black cardamom seed (outer shell removed)
  • ½ inch cinnamon stick

Instructions

  • Fry onion in oil until it starts to turn golden then add all ingredients( except green chilli) and ground beef.
  • Cook it for 10 to 12 minutes, then add 1 cup water and cook until it become tender and most of the water has dried.
  • Add green chili cook for 10 minutes until all the water is gone.
