Ingredients (Spring Rolls)

  • 300 g pork belly or lean pork fillet
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 200 g Vietnamese rice noodles
  • 1 package Vietnamese rice paper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Fresh greens:
  • lettuce
  • mint leaves
  • cilantro (optional)
  • garlic
  • chives
  • cucumber

Ingredients (Dipping Sauce)

  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup fish sauce (increase the amount depending on individual taste)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp minced chilies (optional)
