  • 1 kg unsweetened natural yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, cut small
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, cut finely
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Dash of lime


  • Combine the yogurt, water, black pepper, salt and water. Mix by hand.
  • Add in the pineapple chunks and the finely chopped mint leave
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint on top
