Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 2 small green chili, optional
  • 1 small raw green mango, grated, discard skin and seed
  • 3 pods of garlic pounded
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Mix everything and grind together in a blender
  • Add more water to get the consistency you prefer
