  • 600g leek, white part
  • 30g salted butter
  • 1 tbsp mustard (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Slice the leek and wash thoroughly.
  • In a frying pan, warm up the butter and add the leek. Mix well, cover and cook for 25 minutes on low heat, stirring from time to time.
  • After 25 mins, add lemon juice, mustard, cream, salt & pepper. Cook for another 10 mins on low heat.
