Ingredients (lime-cilantro sour cream sauce)

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp cut fresh cilantro
  • Grated zest of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Ingredients (tacos)

  • 2 tsp ground ancho chile powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 lb. firm-fleshed whitefish fillets (halibut,
  • snapper, mahi-mahi, cod)
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp cut coriander
  • 4 limes, quarters
