Serves: 8-10

Ingredients (Cake)

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g all purpose flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs, normal size
  • 1 tsp baking powder


Ingredients (Caramelizing)

  • 75 g butter
  • ¾ can of pineapple (565 g)
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Instructions (Caramel)

  • Melt the butter. Pour it in the bottom of a tin (with a hole in the middle) and turn it to coat all sides.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar to coat the sides.
  • Arrange the pineapple slices

Instructions (Cake)

Preheat oven at 180 C (350 F)

  • Mix all the cake ingredients. Beat for 5 minutes or till becomes like a thick paste
  • Pour carefully over the pineapple slices
  • Bake for 30-40 mins.
  • Let it cool and turn on a plate.
