Serves: 4 – 6


  • 1 tin (425 g) Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tin (425 g) Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tin (425 g) Butter beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small green capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup of fruit chutney (Mrs Balls)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for a couple of hours
