  • 1/4 watermelon, chunked
  • ½ papaya, chunked
  • 1 mango, peeled, chunked
  • ½ cup natural cashews
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp minced fresh lemon mint (or normal mint OK too)


  • Combine all ingredients, stir, and let sit about an hour. Delicious!
