- 2 big red chilies – seeds removed
- 1 packet of chilli padi. (small red chilies)
- 4 garlic cloves finely minced
- 1 Tbsp peanut oil
- Blend all ingredients.
- This would last in the fridge for months. Make sure you use a clean spoon to remove as much as you need each time
- Can be used on any stir fry, noodles, fried rice etc.
