Ingredients

  • 2 big red chilies – seeds removed
  • 1 packet of chilli padi. (small red chilies)
  • 4 garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp peanut oil

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients.
  • This would last in the fridge for months. Make sure you use a clean spoon to remove as much as you need each time
  • Can be used on any stir fry, noodles, fried rice etc.
