Sandhya Puri’s Lamb Kebabs


  • ½ kg minced lamb
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 egg
  • ½ handful coriander
  • 4 heaped tsp Chapli Kebab powder
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • Oil to fry

  • Mince all the ingredients, with the exception of oil, together in a blender till it becomes a fine paste
  • Fry a small piece of the mix and taste. Adjust the mince to your taste
  • Marinate this in the fridge overnight
  • Take oil in a pan
  • Make the mince into disc like kebabs and fry
  • Tastes fabulous with coriander chutney.
