Ingredients

  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ – ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbls lemon zest
  • 2-4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • Cilantro, 1 handful of finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak the skewers overnight so they don’t burn on the grill.
  2. Marinate prawns or chicken for 1-3 hours prior to grilling.
